Dream – helps in self improvement
Dreams are stories that people seem to watch or take in while they are asleep. Everyone has dreams, but some people never remember their dreams. Usually people can’t control what happens in dream. But sometimes people know that there are dreaming and they really just love it. They may hear, smell, feel, touch and things. The brain is active even when they are in deep sleep. The brain gives off electrical waves. By measuring them, scientist can make a study. During the sleep, the brain waves may vary from large to small. Scientists really do not know why people are dreaming in their sleep and till today it remains as mystery. Some suggests that dream will people to pay more attention toward their studies. They also believe that dream can help people to understand them better.
